Refund policy
When you place an order with Stage Sounds, you will receive two emails:
- The first is an order confirmation.
- The second contains your download links.
When you first click on the download links, you will be prompted to "Request Access". This is primarily because all our files are restricted for security purposes, but also because we need time to confirm your license. Once you request access (and assuming all is well with your license), we will confirm it within 24 hours and then you will have access to download the files you ordered. You may also forward this email to any other musicians involved in your production. They will likewise have to "request access" just as you did so we may keep track of who is working with the files.
Please inform all of your musicians of our terms of service (linked HERE). Remember that transfer of the files beyond anyone directly associated with your production is a violation of these terms and will be prosecuted fully under the law. We also kindly ask that you confirm destruction of all files with each musician upon closing of your performance.
REGARDING RETURNS:
WE ARE ABLE TO OFFER RETURNS/REFUNDS ONLY BEFORE YOU ACCESS THE FILES. Once you request and are granted access to the files, you waive any ability to request a refund. If you would like to request a refund prior to accessing the files (for any reason), you are more than welcome to do so and we will happily grant your request.
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our product, please reach out to us for support first! We are always available to help with troubleshooting and can help you solve virtually any problems you may have. But if for whatever reason you simply find you are unable to use the files (whether for technical reasons or you simply change your mind), please let us know ASAP. Our policy in these situations is typically to offer customers a CREDIT towards any future purchases for the full value of their order. Again, if you find yourself in this situation please reach out to us directly via our website so we can either help you rectify the problem with your product, or give you more information on the credit policy.
