Tarzan

Based on Disney's acclaimed animated musical and Edgar Rice Burroughs' Tarzan of the Apes, Tarzan includes music composed by Phil Collins and a script by Tony Award recipient David Henry Hwang. The production features notable songs, including the Academy Award-winning "You'll Be in My Heart," along with "Son of Man" and "Two Worlds," delivering a dynamic theatrical presentation.

An infant boy, stranded on the shores of West Africa, is adopted and reared by gorillas who designate him Tarzan. Beyond seeking approval from his ape guardian, Tarzan’s existence primarily involves typical primate behavior until a scientific expedition enters his tribe's region, introducing him to beings similar to himself. Tarzan faces challenges in a dense jungle environment as he reconciles his animal rearing with emerging human instincts.
